If you use a Web-based e-mail system like Hotmail or Yahoo! mail you may encounter issues if you click through to the ANCC site using a link contained in an e-mail message. The main sign of the problem is that recently purchased courses do not appear in your course menu when you log into the site. To address this issue, launch your browser from outside of the e-mail message and paste in the URL for the ANCC site: http://blue.isoph.com/ancc.
