APTA Online Communities
Welcome to the inaugural set of APTA’s online communities. These communities are established to further the projects, discussions, and goals of a variety of APTA’s needs.
We invite eligible APTA members to visit and register for these online communities. You must register in a community in order to fully participate in its benefits. Being a registered member of an online community is something like being on a ‘list serve,’ but it’s a whole lot more. As a registered member of an online community, you have access to online discussion boards, shared web resources and documents, announcements for your community members, scheduled chat sessions with fellow APTA members and industry experts, and much more.
We encourage you to actively contribute to the sharing and exchange of information with your fellow APTA members who join your community.
Following is APTA’s inaugural set of online communities:
Membership in this community is recommended for APTA members who are supporting the development of the new Signal Training for Rail Operators Curricula. The pilot of the curricula is scheduled for June, 2006.
Membership in this community is open to all APTA members. We highly encourage members of APTA’s Human Resources Committee to play an active role in the pilot of this online community. This online community is your portal to the APTA Workforce Development Clearinghouse!
Membership in this community is reserved for members of the Leadership APTA Class of 2008, members of the Leadership APTA Committee, and alumni. We do welcome you to click on the above link and peruse the welcome page to learn more about the Leadership APTA program and community.
Membership in this community is open to all APTA members and selected non-members who support the UWR/MSAA initiative.
