Launching a Course

I’ve purchased a course. Where do I go to take it?
Once you’ve purchased or enrolled in a course, you can take the course by logging into the My Education page.

Why isn’t the course displaying after I launch it?
Some browsers block pop-ups. Since our course opens in a new window, you may need to set popup blockers to allow pop-ups for the eLearning host Web site (http://blue.isoph.com/).

Browser Support

Which browser should I use for CSWE eLearning?
For full functionality, you must use Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or higher. CSWE eLearning has also been tested on Mozilla/Firefox 1.5.0.6, Safari 2.0, and Netscape 7.2 and 8.1, and while the system will work in these browsers, some formatting may not look the same.

Will CSWE eLearning function on both PCs and Macs?
Yes. The course runs on both platforms. See above for specific browser information.

Internet Connection Speed

Will CSWE eLearning function on a dial-up connection?
Yes. Our courses have been tested on a 56K modem.  There are a few flash audio and video clips and document downloads which may take longer to start but will download.  We’ve tried to keep the use of large file sizes to a minimum.
